5.1 subscriber
management
software
allows cable
operators to
create a
two-way
communications
channel to
their
subscribers,
deliver
targeted

Desktop
Application.
The dynamic
software
delivery
feature
enables the
cable operator
to keep the
end user's
software
updated and
functioning
properly. In
addition,
either the
subscriber at
home or the
access

remote
location can
restore all

software to
its initial

good"
configuration
via a
self-correcting
"First
Aid"
feature built
into the
