Netsurfer Selects ThoughtMill As Strategic Development Partner

ThoughtMill's Development Methodology Readies Products for the Internet Access Provider Marketplace

ATLANTA, GA., November 12, 1999--ThoughtMill Corporation, a market leader in delivering strategic technology solutions to emerging companies engaging in e-business, today announced a one year agreement as a strategic development partner to Netsurfer, Inc., an Atlanta-based provider of technology and services to Internet access providers. ThoughtMill has begun lifecycle development services by teaming with the company to co-develop portions of the NetKit® suite of software and services for Internet access providers and their subscribers.

ThoughtMill is using Linux technology to build the new product, an add-on enhancement to NetKit 5.0 that allows access providers to offer subscribers features specifically tailored to individual household members. NetKit Family Edition includes parental account controls, dynamic Web content filtering settings for each family member, and usage quota and reporting capabilities controlled via the parental account.
